That being said, we understand that from time to time
things do go wrong.
Therefore, we have the following policies in place in the
rare event that you need to return an item. Below
is our return policy as well as details regarding warranties and our
stocking policy.

Refund/Exchange
Policy
Because
of the nature of our products, refunds are typically not given on items
unless the product is defective. We will gladly exchange the
item if it was damaged in shipping. In order to expedite
replacement, please let the shipper know that it is broken when you
receive the package. We do want you to be satisfied and will work with
you to meet your needs if an issue arises. If
there is a valid reason to return an item, call us at 817-945-3500, in
advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
within 30 days of purchase date.

Order
Cancellation Policy
Please
submit any cancellation
via email to info@aimhigherjets.com,
or call on our business phone at 817-945-3500.
Email
cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order
number, and email address. This information must be identical to the
information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact
information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards
to canceling your order.
Every
effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order,
providing your order has not been shipped to you yet. In the event that
a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) before your order
ships, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including
shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after
the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less
shipping after return at your expense.
Shipping
Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in
shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are
shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a
shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty
Procedure
We
suggest you contact us first by e-mailing us or calling us to determine
whether the item is indeed defective before shipping it back to us.
Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See
Return Policy for more details.
30-Day
Warranty
We’re here to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. Therefore,
all products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied,
industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing
or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does
not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the
manufacturer.
Please note that we make every effort to be honest and
upfront about our products. That
being said, the models are designed to be collectors items. The
models should not be moved frequently, used as toys or demos. We
will not replace a model if it is dropped or broken. However,
we will work with you to purchase replacement parts for your model.

Manufacturer
Warranty
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty. Customers should
contact the manufacturer after warranty expires.
Out
of Stock Policy
The
most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock
balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that
we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and
our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as
"Out of Stock", we can usually special order the item for you
and ship it as
soon as it arrives in our stockroom.
We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays and
give you the option to opt out if you choose.
- We work very
hard to keep our website updated with current product availability.
Just because
the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not
necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it.
We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock at our
earliest opportunity. We first
try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not
heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide
with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and
phone number at the time of purchase to expedite the ordering process.
- Some items are
listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the
manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that
consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment
up front on a first come, first served basis. See below for

Higher Jets has designed this pre-order policy to be the most fair and
straightforward possible. We view pre-orders as a handshake
deal
that benefits both the customer and our store, keeping service high and
prices low. Because of that, our pre-order policy is designed
to
ensure that you are guaranteed to receive your model as soon as it
comes out while being flexible to meet your changing needs.
Our
store only offers the amount of pre-order slots for a specific amount
of inventory that we are assured to be receiving. When you
pre-order a model from us. You will get the model.
In the
rare case that a manufacturer shorts us inventory, we will not only
refund your payment but also offer a 50% off coupon on the purchase of
any model from our store. In short, we stand by our promise
to be
the best military diecast store on the internet.
- Credit
Cards are charged at the time of purchase.
If you decide to cancel your pre-order, we will promptly refund your
pre-order purchase immediately. Just call or e-mail us to cancel or
change your order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the
order has shipped to you from our store.
- Orders are not shipped until
complete. If you wish to receive in-stock items prior to
pre-ordered items, you must place separate orders
and/or select Split shipping from the dropdown menu. If you
do not select Split
shipping or order the items separately, we will hold the
order until all items are in-stock and then ship them at the same time.

refund your purchase price and give you a coupon for 50% off any future
